Hi Folks,
Once again we are hoping you are relishing soberly in all of these signs and behavioral patterns of the end of the age coming together.
Here are 3 photos from Ido Tamir of the start of their chardonnay grape harvest. They are thrilled, and have to work exceptionally hard to get them in quickly with the heat loads the country is experiencing. That no doubt is attributed to this small vineyard of chardonnay grapes maturing about 10 days early.
When you are able to regulate moisture through drip lines you can manage the timing of the sugar content with the heat indexes.
We will keep monitoring our favorite vineyards in the Land and keep you updated. There will be a few more early birds prior to the end of July based on all the meteorological conditions but most will start by the second week of August. Actually this year we will see a flurry of them all kick in the first two weeks of next month.
Our peace we give to you!
