Hi again folks,
As promised earlier a question which was posed is answered.
The question is being asked of me; where does Adar Bet appear in scripture? For those who do not understand the term it simply means a second 12th month being added (Adar) due to the growing season not being ready to start the month of Abib as scripture specifies.
As I have pointed out for many years my focus is not on the end of the year but on the start of the year. The reason being is if the start of the year is evident by using the Biblical criteria given to us in scripture thus the end will be as well regardless if it is a 12th or 13th lunar cycle. The prince of the power of the air has been able to shape an idiotic pursuit in Calendar dead ends which end in doubts and controversies rather than staying focused. Judaism and little “c” Christianity are lost on what is Biblical and what is not.
Here is one example of such stupidity (stupor).
Rabbinical Judaism declares the start of the year is at the start of the 7thmonth, not the first month as scripture instructs us. What those dumbed down sages of an apostate and adulterous religion advocate is that to keep the Calendar of Biblically declared moedim one must wait until the 7th month comes and then count backwards to determine the first month. That was and is their starting point.
Now think about how stupid such a thing is? How do you get to the number seven unless you have the starting point of number one? Then the deceived sages instruct their followers to add postponements to the actual day of the sighting of the new moon of the 7th month to accommodate their traditions and commandments of men as to when and how high holy days are to be kept. And then they do not actually use a first crescent sighting from the Land but a mathematical equation to determine it. What a mess of men.
We are not to be sucked into such useless arguments. We are to focus on when the first month of the year is to start; for with that, we are able to determine the actual day and days appointed to the annual rehearsals of meeting with our Elohim when They want us to. These appointed times or specific days are only contained in the first 7 months of a Biblical Year. NOTHING ELSE commanded in the remainder of the months of the Biblical Year Cycle folks! Everything else are the moedim of men other than New Moons and Sabbaths.
So, we look for the start of the year to focus on the first 7 months of it as commanded by the dates recorded in Leviticus 23 for keeping the annual moedim or festivals to many. Do you see any more recorded there outside of being in the first 7 months? Not at all for these are the moedim of Yehovah our Elohim as verse 2 instructs as well as declares. “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: the feasts of Yehovah which you shall proclaim holy convocations, these are My feasts.”
He goes on to enumerate them with clarity so there is no excuse in not keeping these annual rehearsals of a spiritual reality at the exact time He says.
That start of the year is clearly defined in the scriptural patterns assigned to it in both Marriage Covenant terms and conditions. We have this all recorded on this Facebook Page and at the website. Each Biblical Calendar Cycle has only one start to it as defined by the 10 witnesses in creation used by our Elohim to point it out. If you are not aware of them you can find them here on this Facebook Page above or at the website: abibofgod.com.
Based on this very simple pattern of command in scripture, and in creation, there are in some years a 13th month or lunar cycle added to bring the lunar months into sync with the growing season. That simply brings about a faithful and obedient method in our one-on-one relationship with our Creators. No adding to or taking away from. Thus, the Abib growing Cycle is used each year to determine this. Barley (abib) is the chief sign of the start of the first month as it is used to define the reality of the First of the Firstfruits Wavesheaf (on the first day of the week of the 7 days 15-21 of Abib) which must be accepted on our behalf after the Passover sacrifice is offered on the 14thday of the Month of Abib.
Both are representative of a spiritual reality that our Savior, Messiah, Christ, fulfills on our behalf. Followers of Judaism have no understanding of such things because they have been given a spirit of stupor because of their adulterous and evil activities to keep them from doing so at this time until the full number of the Gentiles is brought into the fold. Little “c” christianity is in the same boat. That is all part of this phase of the Plan of Salvation. Simple Biblical fact repeated over and over again in scripture.
Our attention and focus are to know when the conditions are present to start the first month of the year. There is no command to focus on the last month of the year whether it be a 12 or 13 month cycle. We simply follow the lunar cycle each Biblical Year to know which month will be the start. It will always happen the month after the 12th or 13th cycle. Nothing before and nothing after. Very simple.
Paul often refers to such things as being mysteries or hidden truths to most at this time in the Plan. So, if you understand such things and are a steward of them step out of the fray of the confused ones who are incapable of understanding such things at this time. Be thankful to Father that He has called you to it and drawn you close to His Son: Jesus, Yeshua, Yahushua, etc., or whatever you want to call Him for it is He who chooses to instruct you into deeper knowledge in your calling. It is He you enter into an intimate relationship with, not some rabbi or minister of some religious order or organization. A one-on-one relationship folks. Step outside of that and you are asking for trouble.
We look for the very start of the year, not the end of it. When you have the start of the new cycle the end becomes obvious. However, there are signs in creation assigned to the last lunar cycle in an Abib Calendar year for us to recognize. They are all contained in the one place on earth that is our Creators focal point as He instructs us.
Deuteronomy 11:10-14 For the land which you go to possess is not like the land of Egypt from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and watered by foot, as a vegetable garden; but the land which you cross over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water from the rain of heaven, a land for which Yehovah your Elohim cares; the eyes of Yehovah your Elohim are always on it, from the beginning of the year to the very end of the year. And it shall be that if you earnestly obey My commandments which I command you today, to love Yehovah your Elohim and serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul, then I will give the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, your new wine, and your oil.
That is our pattern folks. And please notice where it happens and the grain is tied to it and that through the giving of the early and latter rains. Once the annual rehearsals are over in the 7th month we turn our focus on the remainder of the months in the cycle to follow the early rains and on which areas of the Land they fall to start the seeded grain fields to germinate and start the cycle of growth until the early fields reach the designation of aviv which qualifies them to be used as a First of the Firstfruits of grain for the Wavesheaf Offering that is commanded to take place in the first month on the first day of the (creation defined) week during the 15th to the 21st of that month. That is what a good attentive farmer does so he is not caught unaware as to the actual harvest time. It allows him to prepare for it just like it does for us as spiritual harvesters in our personal growing cycle.
Thus, we are completely dependent upon our Elohim to instruct us year in and year out. No, nothing close to a calculated calendar of convenience which does not require any faith to follow.
Very simple as we have demonstrated for a long, long time.
Our peace we give to you!
