Good Morning Brethren and Happy Sabbath to everyone,
It is a wonderful thing to see so many brethren involved in this watershed doctrine of the Abib Calendar of our Elohim here at the end of the age. I have had the privilege to answer some good questions from some this week. And then I get the occasional complaint and command to tone it down and be more Christ like. That is a funny one for if Christ had have toned it down where would we be? I really do have a much different understanding of who Christ was, is, and will be than the folks sending those ones over.
One of our brothers who is a doer of the word and not just a listener or speaker of the word posed an interesting comment to me yesterday. It is one I have thought about in the past but not spoken to others about much. I have seen it debated and argued about but pretty much stayed out of it, until today. Here is his question to me. Of course, there is more to our conversation but this is the part that peaked my thought processes and a desire to give an answer for the hope which is in me. Maybe it will assist you or not.
If Jehovah chooses to obscure the skies somewhat on the 4th of September, the new moon may not be seen, as 118.5 is still quite a thin crescent. Are we to then proceed as if it has been seen, or wait another day as we would do if it was likely to have been seen on the 29th day?
My friend here has been a blessing to many of us working through our calling by Father here at the end of the age. Remember he is a doer not just a listener so when he posed this to me my mind was swimming in thoughts.
The Abib Calendar is the watershed doctrine here at the end of the age to bring us to perfection in faith and humility before our Creators. It is the final building block to completing the spiritual Temple before the return of our Savior for His eternal helpmate the Bride. Most scoff at that but it is okay for it is not for everyone to get it. Never forget the resume of the Bride specifically says “Many daughters have done well, but you excel them all.” How humbling is that.
Many daughters do keep most of the requirements in this qualifying time of testing in our relationship with Father and Christ. That is not the issue and certainly in no way a slight. The time has come that we are without excuse as to keeping the annual moedim, appointed times of meeting (rehearsals) each and every Biblical Year on the exact day our Elohim choose. The reason being is we have all the means at our disposal here at the end of the age to get it 100% correct. That is one of the few blessings of knowledge increasing and the ability to go here and there at will. As Daniel says, it is a sign of the end of the age in which some will be perfected.
Daniel 12:3-4 Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever. But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.
So, what do I personally do in a situation like the one presented by my friend above and to which some of you may have pondered in the past and present? You should all know the answer to what I will do based on the dates we post, but not the why of it when asked about a 30th day with the first crescent obscured for the region of Jerusalem when not seen on the 29th day.
Let me start with the simple fact that the Biblical Calendar is designed to be an act of faith and obedience through the things not seen and the things seen. It is designed around either a 29th day visibility or a 30thday visibility as seen from the region of Jerusalem which is very important to the hidden truth or mystery of the Biblical Calendar which seems to be a stumbling block to so many. Its design and pattern is set so we have to wait on our Creators for Them to show us Their will on the matter of when to start a month. That is why the lunar cycle is approximately 29.5 days in length. It is designed to bring about faithful obedience to Them in our sincerity and truthful worship They command and expect from those who will serve in the household function of an eternal helpmate. And let us not forget a lesson in patience and anticipation.
Once again, there are many scoffers running about decrying such statements of truth but that is how it is supposed to be so don’t let it ruffle your feathers as the saying goes. Some tout a 30 day fixed 360 day calendar “like in the days of Noah.” No such thing existed then or now, but will in the future after the final number of the Bride the eternal helpmate is completed as we have pointed out in scripture often in the past. They claim that to have five consecutive 30 day lunar months it has to be a 360 day year. That is unfortunate that they do not understand such things. For instance, we have had 2 separate occasions in my Abib Calendar lifetime of observing the first crescent from the region of Jerusalem. We are about to see another as I will point out at the conclusion of my answer here. Yes, it really matters that we have the same focal point on earth that Yehovah has. With today’s technology and instant access to information we are without excuse in getting it wrong.
As I have stated the Abib Calendar is an act of faithful obedience, but certainly not without knowledge. I am a simpleton so I like to see simple things. When I read Hebrews 11:3 my eyes at times tear up and I just simply thank Father for it.
Hebrews 11:3 By faith we comprehend the meaning that the ages of the world were first framed by the Word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.
The scientific name for these processes and patterns in creation, is physics. It is a remarkable science which follows all the unseen forces in creation which shape and control all the ones which are seen. For the most part the physicist can’t see the unseen forces in these patterns but they know they exist. Unfortunately, they do not give any credit to God/Elohim for it openly, but some do behind closed doors.
We are instructed that this comprehension of understanding what makes everything work the way it does is from our Creators and it has a purpose as we will see shortly. But the big lesson here is They say it is an act of FAITH. Through that we are given the ability to comprehend and accept these patterns with the aid of the spirit of our Elohim dwelling in us or leading us.
Before we move on, here is a simple definition of the science of physics:
Physics is the natural science of matter, involving the study of matter, its fundamental constituents, its motion and behavior through space and time, and the related entities of energy and force.
Every single aspect of the creation of the ages of the worlds has patterns linking visible things to invisible things. It is a wonderful and beautiful gift which we are given to understanding and to comprehend the unspoken truth by so many. It is our Elohim who keep everything together and in order. Of course, satan was allowed to disrupt the appearance of some of them, but those instances are awaiting our change so we can be used to correct that damage as a witness and testament to many fallen angels who were deceived by him into participating in such destruction.
The pattern of the sun and the moon was redesigned on the 4thday of creation week for us; mankind, to use for determining which days our Elohim command as appointed times of meeting. It has not changed since then. Unfortunately, satan has been successful with some in claiming it has. As Christ says “I am the same yesterday, today and forever” when it comes to His relationship with us during this age. No sleight of hand or anything like that.
In Romans 1:20 we get further instruction on how simple this process is once again. It is a caveat put forth to those who have allowed themselves to be tainted by untruths when it comes to the creation and our Creators relationship in it and to us. I have inserted the proper Greek translation for you to ponder as well.
Romans 1:20: “For the unseen things of Him (#846 autos: Them) from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being distinctly understood through the things made, both His (#848 hautou: Themselves) eternal power and Godhead, for them (#846) to be without excuse.”
Please take the time to read the entire chapter. It is very eye opening as to faithful obedience. There is a physical aspect to all of this understanding. Its patterns are to be generally understood enough through the spirit in man, but they are distinctly understood by the spirit of Elohim residing in the those being worked with by Father and Christ. If there is no excuse based on just the spirit in man, how much more when we have been gifted the opportunity to house and hold the spirit of Elohim?
Take the time to read John 1:1-3 to see the Them at the timing of the creation of the universe. Yes, once again talking about things unseen and seen. Actually here it is.
John 1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
The pattern of the first crescent light to be visible on earth was set in place on the 4th day of creation week. Every 29 or 30 days it is visible for the first time in a new lunar cycle. That is the physics our Elohim put in place. To deny such a thing is simply flawed as some actually do and are. It has a defined pattern and is the only tool given to us to determine the start of a Biblical Month. I actually believe what it says, I have no doubt in it whatsoever. Yes, the rumors are correct: I am a simpleton in such things.
So, knowing that a lunar rotation cannot be longer than 30 days I know that if it was not seen on the 29th day after sunset in the Jerusalem region that the month will come to an end at sunset the next day and a new lunar cycle of a month will begin. That is what the physics of our Elohim have declared to us as faithful Creators. No messing around with it. Thus, if I do not see the crescent on the evening of the 30th day regardless of the reason it is being obscured like from; haze, dust, clouds, etc., I am fully confident that the new month begins because my Creators say so. It does not matter about anyone else. It is a sure thing and is a test of my faithful obedience to follow Their lead. I can’t explain it in a simpler way.
A predetermined and calculated calendar without applying the physics with the required observation time each month is a futile endeavor in keeping the exact day of each declared moed of the Lord. I did that a long time ago. However, we are instructed to grow in the favor and acceptance and knowledge of our Elohim. It is and has been a process of doing so. No one called by Father is exempt from having to put in the personal time and effort to get this basic training as given in the Abib Calendar criteria here at the end of the age. We are without excuse. Not my words, but Fathers and Christ’s words.
Now about the five month, 30 day, fake out 360 day calendar for many. We are about to witness the 3rd such event since my coming to the understanding of the Biblical Calendar criteria. It has only happened for me in the past because of the focal point I use in the Land. That is the region encircling Jerusalem.
Last Monday evening after sunset the first crescent was seen low in the sky from Jerusalem. For it to be seen with the naked eye this time of year with the specs it had is unusual because there is usually high humidity at sunset, setting up a very big and thick haze line extending up into the visible horizon above the western sea (Mediterranean). Add to that there is usually a lot of dust mixed in with it during the dry month of August.
Linda and I and some brethren, were looking at the conditions in Israel prior to and during its potential visibility time. The sky above Galilee and Samaria was thick with the usual haze for the season. We could see this from the cameras in Jerusalem looking north and from the camera we utilize in the north looking south to Jerusalem. We understood it would not be seen by anyone in that area. However, the view to the west from Jerusalem was much different as I explained above. For this to take place it was only through the intervention of Father making a clear decision for us all. We had agreed it would be visible from the right location especially if one was near or on top of the ridge line running along the face of the hills between the Temple and the sea. We then decided to wait and hear from those observing there. We had pinpointed the location on one of our webcams we use as to its potential visibility but our internet hookup was not the best with the hurricane making land in the region.
So, we had multiple observers seeing it that evening in the described area. For those of you who may not know it Devorah does not use optical aids to first locate it. That is her pattern. I remember many years ago Roy tried to get her to follow his pattern of doing so but she resisted. That is the same pattern and method that I too have and still do ascribe to.
With this timing taking place we have a 30 day month in the process. Based on the algorithms I use from Bruce which are based on observation from Jerusalem we are going to also have a 30 day month for the 7th, 8th, 9th, and most likely the 10th as well. I say most likely for the 10th Biblical month because on the evening of the 29th(December 2) it will have a low visibility of 103.0. Conditions would need to be perfect for it to be seen.
What do you think Father will do and why is He doing this at this time of so much Calendar confusion. Maybe He is eliminating the criteria used by some to justify their erroneous calendar?
