Hi Folks,
We will be periodically updating the Abib Report page with relevant information for the next 5 days for your use in your evaluation. Some have told us they have not taken a final position as to the start of the year. Many are asking for us to clarify our part in the Abib Calendar, for some are revising the body of Messiah's institution of it, and the rules for it as established prior to 2002.
We will be addressing that today in the second half of our Zoom Presentation around 1:45-2:00 PM Eastern Time Zone.

Hi Folks,
We are hoping things are well with you all. We will be hosting a zoom meeting Sabbath February 16 at 1 PM eastern time dealing with the conditions to date for the upcoming aviv search the first week of March. The first sharav conditions should be taking place this week in Israel. With such an early opportunity for a March 8th or 9th start of the new year we will probably need a second sharav event around the 21st of this month. That will most likely be necessary for those who use Leviticus 2:14 maturity by the end of the 12th month.
We will be taking questions at some point in the presentation.

Today the body of Christ/Messiah and the household of Father had triplets born into them. Three new sisters in the faith: Sara, Teresa, and Aubrey. We thank our Father for continuing to call other brethren to help with the completing of the number of the Bride. We are at the 11th hour and many are falling from the truth of their calling or going asleep as to the urgency of sustaining a continuous and intimate relationship with our Savior/Husband.
Praise the Elohim, both Father and Son.

Hi Folks,
There have been no credible new moon reports in the region of Jerusalem today. As discussed with some brethren earlier it was almost certain it would not be seen with 60% plus humidity which sends up a big plume of haze over the Mediterranean Sea. With such a low altitude of the moon that spelled a no see situation. There was a chance it could have been seen from the North of the country for those of you who use the entirety of Israel but there were atmospheric conditions there of their own.
Linda and I will be observing the Feast of trumpets starting sunset tomorrow night, Tuesday September 11th.

Hi Folks,
Hope all are well. There are lots of inquiries to the feast of Tabernacles location in Fort Collins. We have finalized plans for the facility and are able to handle a pretty big crowd. Fifty some adults and a dozen and a half kids are signed up. As I mentioned many more contemplating the site.

We have had reports from our Pacific coast brethren that the dates for the Feasts we posted are showing up 1 day off. Those in central and eastern timezones are reporting them as correct. We have submitted a trouble ticket with our website host to hopefully get this resolved soon. As of June 16th, this issue was resolved.

We will be keeping the dates of the Abib Calendar as well as accommodating those who keep the Rabbinical dates; for many families have some in each observance. Hi Folks,
Feast fever of the 7th month is growing. We are working on being able to broadcast services each day. If you are interested in listening or viewing let us know. Not sure of what medium we will be using as of yet.

Feast Of Tabernacles location 2017
Hi Folks,
We hope you had a wonderful Passover/UB season. No doubt many of you are observing the count to Pentecost.
Linda and I had an exceptional Passover and 7 days of UB in Sun River Oregon with many families and individuals in the body. After being gone for three weeks there is lots to catch up on here in Kendall.
We have all decided to meet in Rapid City, South Dakota for the Feast of Tabernacles this year. If any of you folks are interested in attending please let us know. We will not set a meeting hall location until we have a better handle on the numbers who will be present.
Rapid City’s surrounding area is a family adventure location, full of historical and natural treasures. Any type of housing or camping venues are available from mountain homes, hotel singles doubles and suites, to camping of every sort imaginable.
As is our habit at such appointed festivals we will conduct bible studies each day which are always interactive. These are wonderful opportunities to hear from all four corners of the field; with the caveat that all things are done decently and in order. The fellowship never seems to end. Many of us share housing and such and from the moment folks get up it starts. Linda and I love to hike and Custer State Park is full of opportunities as well as all the wests wildlife roaming around. There is a large indoor water park located at one of the Marriott Hotels in Town which is available to all whether staying in their facility or not for a small fee.
We are a bunch of brethren who like to rejoice at the feasts before the Lord/Yehovah. The more children the merrier!
Once we have a rough idea of numbers we will secure a meeting hall.
All suggestions are welcomed as to venue and functions.

We have added an update to the Atonement study on the Studies Page. It is 35 pages in length, but covers many of the evidences of our belief on this subject. We hope it can be of use to you.
We are keeping a very close eye on the meteorological conditions in Israel. Lots of mixed signals to date. We will send out a report prior to leaving for Israel.

Hi Folks,
We hope things are well with you all and that you are keeping safe in the Lord/Yehovah. As you can see we have a new website and are working on adding to it. As most of you know I am not a computer type guy. Katie did a nice job setting up the site and teaching me how to manage it to date.
A note of interest to some of you is my computer which I did all my brethren related work on died a week or so ago. No life left in the hard drive I am told and thus no resurrecting any data. 8 months or so ago I removed a little gizmo from the front of it which I now know was a mistake. Thus I have backup until then but not after that. The abib list is gone except for a copy that was on the backup until that time. So, if you were put on the list within the last year you may not be on the copy I have so if you would still like to be included in it send me your email address.
I will probably be sending out or posting an abib update shortly. Lots happening in Israel as to weather, and more importantly in specific areas of barley inspections.

Its official! The IMS has reported on the monthly temperatures for February, March, and April in Israel and most importantly in the 3 major grain growing regions: the Coastal Plain, Negev, and Jezreel Valley. All have set new monthly average records for heat. There is no doubt as to when the biblical year started this year. It was after sunset on March 10th. Our Creator who controls the weather has made it abundantly clear. That certainly places the festivals of the 7th month in September.

Hi Folks; We have been experiencing a lot of contacts from new people from all over the world as well as at home here in the US. If I have not gotten back to you please contact me again in case I have inadvertently missed your email or it got by me in spam. This is a very busy time of year for us with work (construction) and with the upcoming trip to Israel. Also there have been some difficulty responding to some emails from South Africa while others work well. Janet Poland has written to update us as to John Evans condition since the accident several months back in which he was hospitalized and his dear friend and our brother in Christ/Messiah Tony Steel was killed. John is at home now and recovering physically. If you could find the time to drop him an email he would no doubt be very appreciative. Dear Folks,
We learned late yesterday that Tony Steel and John Evans were involved in a car crash as they were travelling to meet up and keep the Sabbath with Paul Wilson in England. John is still in the hospital with multiple broken bones and should be released in a few days. Unfortunately Tony died in route to the hospital.
Please keep All concerned in your prayers and that John can have a full recovery physically and emotionally. Please also pray for the family members for they no doubt are having a very difficult time and will for the foreseeable future.
Tony will be dearly missed.

Hi Folks and happy Sabbath!
We have added a new study paper to the Studies page under the category of plan of salvation entitled "Grace." We were able to go through this subject at the feast this year. I was able to get it to most who were present here in Kendall NY prior to getting here so we all had some time to mull it over and have lots to talk about. Actually we had some very good presentations at the daily study with everyone involved. It was a great feast. Next year we may plan a central site after the inspections in Israel if there is a desire to do so, which from this years response indicates there will be.
This particular study was triggered by all the miss information circulating about a very simple subject. The study focuses on "grace," which is actually "favor and acceptance" in most usages from the beginning up through to our times under the second marriage covenant. We hope it can be of value to you.

Our preparations for the feast to be kept in Kendall have gone along well. There have been lots of inquiries even so late in considering the traditional planning times for doing so are months behind us. There are brethren attending from many different states and we have received inquiries from several countries as well. We will most likely be housing our studies, services, etc. in our office facility which is being vacated during the next two weeks for a new office building. If you are going to be attending please let us know for planning purposes. We will be setting tables and chairs and activities accordingly. If there are any special needs on your part please let us know that as well.

We have added a new article to the studies page entitled; "What Calendar will be used during the Millennial Rule and Thereafter?" The subject is not one pertaining to our calling at this time as to required knowledge in my opinion. However there are many brethren who are being beaten down by worthless shepherds and overlords who have the spiritual disease of wanting dominion over their faith. These brethren are making the decision to seek out there own salvation with fear and trembling and the primary doctrine they are dealing with at this time is the calendar criteria for keeping the appointed times of meeting with God/Elohim. Thus the need for the article to encourage them to continue to grow in grace and knowledge without fear of the great ones threats.

Happy Sabbath to all. It has been a while since we have provided any news. We had a wonderful feast in Flagstaff Arizona with a group of wonderful mature brethren. What a beautiful thing that is. By that I simply mean that not all of us follow the same doctrinal commitments but all have a genuine love for one another. I was home for 2 days afterwards and then headed to the Wind River Mountain Range in Wyoming to spend some time at high altitude pursuing some organic meat (elk). It was a good trip in many respects.
I will be adding a lengthened version of a sermon I gave at the festival site in the next few days entitled; Reconciliation and Restoration: an Army of One. I will also be addressing a calendar question which comes up often in regard to what calendar will be used during the millennial rule of Christ. I have never updated the calendar article with it but will in the near future. It will probably surprise many who keep the New Moon/Aviv calendar as well as those who keep the Rabbinical calendar or for that matter any other.
Also will be adding the potential dates for next year.

Noella Landry passed away at 5 am Friday morning. She had been called of the Father, chosen by our Lord and Savior/Husband Jesus the Christ, and had remained faithful to the very end. She was a personal hero to me among the brethren I have known, and presently know.
Thank you for your prayers on her behalf. She was a very humble and gentle and determined sister in Christ who we will dearly miss.

Noella is a long time believer and at 86 is counting the days now until she is overcome from the effects of cancer. She is bed ridden and no longer taking food in any form. Please pray for her comfort from pain as she endures her last days prior to her next waking moment in the resurrection.

Hi Folks. We have added the summation and more to the aviv search page. Lots of information as to the hope which is in us and then more. I will be posting a response in a few days to accusations from an individual who claims we inspectors deliberately lied and deceived you all this year. He also rants about some other issues as well surrounding the inspections over the years. I will be addressing them as well as the history we have had together which is very limited but very telling. 1 Peter 3:14-16 instructs us to give a defense for the hope which is in us when we are reviled as evildoers when doing good deeds for the body of Christ/Yehovah.

We are building a new shelter which will be used for Sabbath services and such in Kenya. It will be located in the Loita Hills area south of Narok and north of the Tanzania border. It is just outside of the Masa Mara Reserve. Julius will be conducting all the construction work starting next week. This is a young congregation he and others have been working with for over a year and they have not had a shelter to meet in. Many times that is not a problem but it is very dry and hot in this particular location. Your prayers for the success of this endeavor are always welcomed.

Also thank you to those who have lifted up prayers on my behalf. My back surgery 2 weeks ago was very successful and I am able to drive and such again. We are all set for the upcoming trip to Israel for the inspections. We will send out an update early next week or this weekend possibly.

We have added a new study to the Studies Page under the Plan of Salvation section. It is a subject we have studied and written about often in past studies but not recently. It is about the two categories of the seed of the Father which are identified through the timeline right up to the time of the "rest of the dead". We address the truth that the bride of Christ will not be leavened, puffed up with sin and address it from scriptures and patterns from both marriage covenants. The very words of Christ and the apostle Paul are without change or challenge on this point. Many winds of doctrine are blowing these days. Do not let anyone steel your crown from you.

Hi folks. We are back from the FOT and what a wonderful feast it was. Some incredible interactive bible studies each day and fellowship galore. What a blessing to be able to conduct ourselves in such a mature way before our Father and Brother/Husband. The weather was terrific as well as our meeting location. I'm sure many of us are experiencing feast withdrawals this week for I know I am. Our focus was on rejoicing and worshipping before our Creator from the point of view of preparing to be a good bride in the Fathers household. We were also blessed with having a baptism during our activities. There were brethren there from Australia, Alaska, Florida, Washington, Oregon. Michigan, Texas, New York, etc. It was a very pleasant ingathering from around the world. Looking forward to next year already. With God willing it will happen.
I will probably be sending out some abib updates during Jan/Feb as to conditions in Israel as a prelude to our trip the beginning of March. Please keep safe in the Lord.

Feast of Tabernacles
Hi Folks,
The FOT is not far away. We have been receiving inquires still as to what the site will be like that some of us will be attending together. Well, first of all, it will be functioning under the dates of the aviv/new moon calendar which are September 22-29 which is not a surprise to anyone visiting this site. However some of us will be arriving earlier and staying later. Each family and person seeks out accommodations suitable for their stay in the Cripple Creek Colorado area. We are all a bunch of "nobodies" so that will kind of sum up our demeanor. We plan on having an open bible study/get together each day for anyone to attend and participate in as long as ones behavior is decent and in order. We all love to fellowship and that can go on for days on end it seems. We make some loose plans for some functions together with no requirement on anyone to do so. Many like to spend time in the out of doors hiking, climbing, watching wildlife, etc. Others like to get together and talk and talk and talk.
It all comes down to rejoicing before God as a family. That's it in a nutshell. No dominion or vanity involved. So if you are contemplating coming to this location it would be helpful for us to know prior to our departure so we can work to accommodate how, when, and where we will be meeting based on numbers. Adults, teens, and small children will be in attendance. We are very informal as to attire and attitudes.

There is a new abib update on the Aviv Search page. It is addressing some possible events in creation which have had an effect on the timing of the barley harvest in past years. We have looked at some of the science behind such things. Also I have addressed some pertinent facts as to the timing of the cutting of the wave sheaf offering which falls during the days of UB. There are specific Biblical rules which used with agricultural facts that determine such things. Hope they are of benefit to you.

We have added a new transcribed study to the site entitled The Love of God/Elohim. This is a study from 1997 but from the looks of things will never grow old. The world in general is completely devoid of what the love of God is but those who are called should not be. It can be used as a marker to where we are in the timeline. I have been transcribing some of our old taped studies because they are all basic fundamental understanding. This study is added with the last one; The faith of Jesus, in an effort to assist the body of Christ. The next one will probably be centered on the prince of peace.

Hi folks, we have arrived back home from Israel. Last night the horizon in Israel was completely covered with clouds high and haze filling in the rest thus no chance of seeing the first possible crescent. That defers to the 30th day which means the new year starts after sunset tonight for those who follow a first crescent sighting from Israel. It is good to be home and have the opportunity for some sleep. Happy Feast!

There are folks who are requesting information on locations where brethren will be keeping the Passover and DUB according to the timing of the Aviv Calendar. As many are aware there are some folks who keep all 8 days and some who keep Passover and the 1st and last day of UB. The only site I know of who posts all the locations and dates available to him on all the different calendar activities is Peters at www.7th-day.info There you can find a detailed pages with locations of the feasts for the first and seventh months. If you have a group who keeps the Aviv Calendar dates and would want some company from others who do likewise I suggest you contact him and get added to his listings.
There are brethren who fellowship with organizations who do not have the same exact beliefs as to the timing of the annual festivals as they may. These individuals in many cases are looking for someone to keep the Passover with as well as other festivals (appointed times).
If there are other sites out there like Peter's please let me know and I will put a list of them on the site to further serve the brethren whom may be in search of them.

Abib Update
As most of you who visit this site are aware we follow the meteorological conditions in Israel for several months prior to our barley inspections there in March of the year. To date many locations we traditionally check for barley have received above normal amounts of rainfall. This is the case for the Jezreel Valley and north of it as well as the northern end of the Jordan Valley where it intersects with the Jezreel. Two of our traditional areas in the northwest Negev are also experiencing this. Temperatures for the most part have been seasonal. Just think, we will be in Israel in 11 weeks to start our inspections.

We have added the various scenario's for the festival dates based on a normal 12 lunar month year or an intercalated (13th month added) year. The start of the year will be determined by the maturity of the barley crop. This years inspections are during the week of March 10th. If we experience a solar maxima (11 year sun cycle) hitting during the beginning of 2013 it would have a definite affect on the barley (all grain) crop. In those years of a maxima grain crops traditionally mature early in the Northern Hemisphere.

Visibility potential is good if not covered in by clouds or so low on the horizon that the Mediterranean haze obscures it. Please keep in mind that would only be a 29 day month.

A Life Long Soldier in the Faith has Fallen
Dear Brethren,
It is with sorrow that I find myself needing to inform you, the body, the we have lost an amazing sister in Christ to death. Of Course our personal loss is also our collective gain, for when the first trumpet sounds she will rise to meet her Husband in the air.
Her walk in the faith started long before most of us took our first breath. Meg was a remarkable woman in many ways. Sitting and talking with her was a lesson in history on so many subjects it would be difficult to pick out the one she had the greatest command of for she was a storehouse of knowledge.
She learned early in life that she would have to cut her own path, with the assistance of God the Father and the Son. It has been an honor, pleasure, and an eye opening humble experience to have known her as a person and as one who was a pillar in the household of God.
Linda and Meg could spend hours talking on the phone often laughing with each other for much of it. Even though they were thousands of miles apart they talked of things like they lived next door.
Meg’s last few years contained her greatest battles and she held fast and endured through them all up unto the end. Her son in the faith (as she called him to Linda and I) Greg Ireland faithfully kept the Sabbaths and Holy Days with her. It was always Greg and Meg on every appointed time of meeting with God. We asked Greg to send us a narrative of her life so that we could blow the trumpet loud as to her journey. He has done so as you will be able to read below. Some of you may remember some of it, for many years ago John Morgan put some of her memories and travels in life to paper. It is a story worth repeating in this age of selfishness and arrogant dominion in that which is often called the Church of God.

Margaret (Meg) McCormack passed away on the 5th of July at the age of 96 years in Melbourne, Australia. Meg was born on the 25th of January 1916 to Marion Mckay at Coylton Woodside in the shire of Aryshire, Scotland. Her father, John McKay, died during World War 1; killed in action on the Western front in 1915. Marion McKay suffered a mental breakdown and went to live with her father, Willie Young, on the island of Arron, Arron along with the islands of Milport and Rothesy are part of the Brute Shire at the mouth of the Clyde river and at that time belonged to the Duke of Montrose. Meg’s grandfather, Willie Young, was a farmer and lived at Lamlash. He was a Sabbath keeper who belonged to the Church of God. He raised Margaret and she attended the Church of God which held services at Whiting Bay about 3 miles from Lamlash. Services were held on Friday evenings after sunset, Saturday mornings, and again in the afternoon. Members did not attend all three, but chose the time that suited them best. The church was simply known as the Church of God, with members on all three islands. Also on the island were members of a United Church and Presbyterians who observed Sunday. There were no Catholics on the island, as no one would employ them. All business was closed on the Sabbath. There was one full time minister, Ebenezer Muchie, and three elders who were not employed by the church. One was John McDonald. The building where the congregation of about 200 met was made of sandstone and built with donated labour on a farm. Services consisted of songs, a sermon expounding the scriptures, and lasted about one and a half hours. The Passover was kept on the 14th, and the Night to be Remembered was kept in individual homes. Unleavened bread was observed and homes were unleavened before Passover. Pentecost, Trumpets, Atonement (also known as the Fast Day), Tabernacles and The Last Great Day were all observed. However, no one travelled off the island to keep the Feast. Baptism was by immersion, unclean foods were not eaten; although some pigs were raised and sold to non-members. The only part of the pig used was fat used to grease boots. There was a saying, “that was all pigs were good for”. It was clearly understood that man’s destiny was to be born into the family of God at the resurrection, if one remained faithful then one would be a son of God. The church knew that Britain was Ephraim, the USA Manasseh, and parts of France Reuben, Holland Zebulon, Belgium Asher, Sweden Naphtali, and they believed Scotland to be Simeon. They also understood that Germany was descended from Assyria. The Catholic Church was the Great Whore of Revelation and that the Pope was the False Prophet. While they knew of other churches of God in the Ukraine, Scandinavia, Chile and China, they were unable to establish contact with them, as they wished to remain isolated. The church knew of Jeremiah coming to Ireland with two of Hezekiah’s daughters, a harp of special significance, and King David’s coronation stone. At that time there was a land bridge connecting Ireland to Scotland called the Giant’s Causeway. Jeremiah walked over to Scotland and taught the people there. This was dismissed as myth by people outside the church. A form of tithing was practiced, a member paid according to his resources and what he considered fair. There was no hard and fast rule. The money was put into a large wooden box in the church building on the Sabbath. The income was used to pay church expenses and to help the poor and those in need. There was no social security in those days. No money meant no food or medical treatment. The church members kept to themselves, considering the people on the mainland as deceived and “in the world”.
It was in this environment that Meg grew up, accepting everything she was taught as truth. In 1934 at the age of 18 she married Hugh McKenzie, a church member 10 years older than herself. Hugh owned Auchenrowen farm, about a mile from the church at Whiting Bay. His whole family were church members. Hugh and Meg had six children. Hugh, Marion, Jack, Ann (1941), Mary (1946), and Avril (1948).It was a very unhappy marriage, as Hugh was an alcoholic. Meg was baptised in 1936 at the age of 20.
In 1949 Meg inherited 6000 pounds from a relative and left Hugh, moving to Loch Gilpead where there was a church of God with about 60 members. She met a member there, Duncan Turner, whose brother had migrated to Australia. Some years later, Meg contacted him where he was living at Box Hill, a suburb of Melbourne. His name was Jimmy Turner. At the time, he was still keeping the Sabbath on his own, as he found no Church of God to attend. About 1951, Meg divorced her husband, who subsequently died about 1953. She met Alexander Whemond McCormack, then working for British Electricity, after serving for 12 years in the royal navy, and surviving 14 ships being sunk beneath him during WW11. An astounding story in itself! She had known Alex for years and then they were married, having one son, who they named after his father. Alex (senior) then took a job in forestry preservation so he could be at home. In 1959 they migrated to Australia, arriving in Fremantle on the 26th August that year. Alex was then employed by the Australian Broadcasting Commission (A.B.C.) and his job caused them to move to Shepparton. a town in north east Victoria. Alex was a Presbyterian, and Meg accompanied him to church on Friday nights for a while, but was not happy doing so. He left the Presbyterian Church after being told by a minister not to take any notice of the Bible except for the Gospels. Meg then just kept the Sabbath at home, until she heard Garner Ted Armstrong on the radio in the early 1960’s, what was then the Radio Church of God. They wrote for all the literature offered and started to tithe, and commenced the Bible correspondence course. Around 1967 they were visited by Bob Fahey, a minister in the church, and began attending the Worldwide Church of God at Ballarat,Victoria. In 1975 Alex was baptised for the first time and Meg re-baptised by Bruce Tyler. As time went on, both of them became increasingly unhappy about the constant appeals for money and the hierarchical form of government; in particular, Herbert Armstrong’s claim to be God’s chosen apostle. Meg’s two youngest daughters were also attending Worldwide. After Herbert Armstrong’s death, the church started massive doctrinal changes. By around 1990, both Meg and Alex had lost interest and confidence in the W.C.G. and stopped attending. In January of 1992 Alex died, which left Meg greatly distressed as it had been a very happy marriage.
Meg and her friend Lily Morgan started to look around for a church where they could still find the Truth of God. Both attended the Global Church of God for a short time, Meg only going twice. Then hearing of the Christian Biblical Church of God, they wrote for, and received care packages, which they studied carefully. Meg attended the C.B.C.G.feast of Tabernacles in 1994, her first in 5 years. Sadly, Mrs Lily Morgan’s poor health prevented her from attending, and she died a few days after the Feast, aged 83. Here were two elderly widows, with little or no money, who would not accept false teachings flooding into their church. Rather than accept them, they chose rather to risk losing all their friends of many years, and go it alone. This account of Meg’s life up until 1995 was compiled by John Morgan.
The last chapter of Meg’s life in the church began with the local upheaval of the C.B.C.G.in Australia. This occurred after the death of John Morgan (2000), who ran the Australian office. This upheaval caused a number of brethren to splinter off and meet in even smaller groups than previously, even as few as two on Sabbaths. Meg and myself (Greg Ireland) continued to observe the Sabbath together. These events turned out to be a blessing from God. The C.B.C.G. as do many other churches of God, have always strictly adhered to the calculated rabbinic calendar (C.R.C.).This calendar is not Biblically based. The month of Abib is the first month of God’s year (Ex.12:2; 13:4).The C.R.C. uses the seventh month Tishri as the start of the year. The breakup of C.B.C.G in Australia gave greater opportunity and indeed need to study this matter. The conclusion reached by Meg and a number of brethren was that Aviv barley determines the start of God’s year in association with new moon visibility at Jerusalem. This was a major change in understanding particularly for a lady in her eighties. Meg gladly embraced this God revealed truth. Significant as this change in understanding was God had not finished. The international dateline posed problems for brethren, who were wanting to keep God’s appointed times. Those living on the globe east of Jerusalem, and west of the dateline, where Australia is located, have this world’s calendar set one day in advance of that observed from Jerusalem. Brethren wanting to keep God’s Sabbaths correctly in Australia actually have to postpone one day to keep in sync with the holy land. The correct day for Sabbath observance is therefore Sunday in Australia. Without Sabbath keeping there is no sign between God and His people (Ex.31:13) and working on the Sabbath leads to death (Ex.31:15).Once again Meg and other brethren embraced this truth. Meg was always tenacious in observing God’s truth, as she understood it, not willing to compromise. She was always a generous and true friend to brethren and had a gritty sense of humour. Meg exhibited many of the qualities of the Proverbs 31 wife. She was someone for whom it was a privilege to know, and have as a friend. Sadly the last four years of her life were spent confined in a nursing home, but her faith never wavered.
The words of Paul in Timothy 4:7-8 come to mind. ”I have fought a good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith, henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day, and not me only, but unto all them also that love His appearing.”
Also Ps.116:15 “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.”

In memory of a brother in the faith.
Michael was a long time member of the body of Christ. He was one of the first brethren I had contact with when the Father decided to call me unto His Son. Mike was a true patriot of the soil as well. He dearly loved God and country. He was a good neighbor to my family as well and will be dearly missed by us. He would spend hours listening to and talking with our children over the past 29 years. I drove with Mike and Maureen to my first Passover service.
Mike had held his ground as to his faith throughout the church wars. Our hearts grieve the loss of a true friend.
Please keep Maureen and the family in your prayers.
Kendall, NY: Died May 24, 2011.He was born August 27, 1937, in Rochester New York to the late Edward C. Harrigan and the late Lillian McCarthy Harrigan. His stepmother was the late Dorothy Lietzau Harrigan. Mr. Harrigan was a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather and friend to many. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Maureen Powers Harrigan; two daughters, Monica (Scott) Lord and Kathleen (Tim) Arguien; and four grandchildren, Alexander Lord, Meagan, Haley and McKenna Arguien. Mr. Harrigan served in the United States Coast Guard. He was owner and chief executive officer of Harrigan-Brady Paper and Packaging Company, Inc. for 40 years. He was a member of Ducks Unlimited, Genesee Conservation League, and a life member of the National Rifle Association. He also was in the Grey Knights of Rochester and the 108th New York Volunteers.
